I can't hardly say this name with out saying sweet before it. I know I have posted this color of box.  However they are all special in their own way.  So I couldn't resist this one.  Sweet Lyla's 1st Birthday.  Hope they love it!  It never gets old doing these keepsake boxes.  I absolutely love them. 

Meg has some competition

Harris and Jacob are bored due to being stuck inside on this cold gloomy day.  I suggested the magic noodles for something to do.  They jumped all over that idea.  Why not? It will entertain them for at least a few minutes.  Ha ha! Now they have moved on to making a fort.  Remember the days of making forts out of blankets on crummy outside days.  They have the full set up with a t.v. to boot.  They are watching Goose Bumps we'll see how long they last before they come out scared. Anyway this is what Harris did, because I posted Megs art work yesterday he felt he was due his own post. Oh the fun of siblings.  So this is for little Harry.  What a sweet little guy.  I just love him!

This ones for you Kemmie!!

I used to work with a nurse named Kem (Kemmie). She shared with us that her brothers name is Ken (hence the spelling of Kem) in case you are wondering.  What our parents do to us! haha! Today is Kemmie's Birthday so this blog is for you girl.  I picked red because it's her favorite color.  For those of you that I missed your birthdays sorry.  I actually added hers to my calendar with an alert. Funny huh! New thing I'm doing this year.  So anyway as each month would come to a close Kem in her great Kemmie way would say "The month is almost over, you still have time to do something GREAT."  Little did she know each time I would hear her say that it would provoke deep thoughts of being great or doing great before time ran out. I loved being in surgery with her and miss her dearly.  So Kem on your special day.  I hope the sun is shinning and the breeze is light.  That drink in your hand better be good too.  So here's to you girl my quote of the day.

Too cute and fun to boot!

Ok, ok I think I could have a problem.  This blog is all new and sooo fun for me. These days I mostly think about what I can post on my blog next.  Sad isn't it.  If I'm not in surgery I'm thinking of what to write and post on this thing.  Ok so here is my latest fun idea.  For all you Valentine's Day fans.  Buy a bag of the Hershey Chocolate nuggets.  Use Valentine paper and wrap each one. put them in a special little box or candy dish.  These are fun to make.  Did I mention eat, oh yeah fun to eat too!! (with-in reason of course).  Get your kids involved have them make a few for their friends or teachers.  If your having a party you can put them in a Jar too.  It can be used as a party favor or a center piece on the table and have a drawing or have them guess the number in the jar as a door prize.  Fun Stuff!! Also if you want some sentiments on them look in the sticker section of your hobby store.  Have fun!

Umm I think I will make it.... PURPLE!

Well here's a color for ya.  Purple, not a color I work with much. However this one is an eggplant purple with chrome.  Not bad. I'm sure there is a little sweetie out there that would love to have this one.

A sweet box for Larkin Finally!!

Stacey asked me for these about a year ago.  Finally I got them done for her.  Reese's box is the first one on the page.  LOVE IT!!  Just when I think I have topped off cuteness I come up with a new favorite.  Not to toot my own horn but these boxes are so fun and cute.  By far my favorite thing to do.  So this blog is featuring Larkins box.  Sorry it took so long Stace.  We'll see how long it takes you to get a letter in them. Haha! The words are a little hard to see because of all the bling! Bling is a sure thing for these little ones.

Just Frame It!

Frames are another thing I enjoy. Its funny I started out making letters for my little boys room and went in all kinds of directions.  Frames were one of them.  Photography was and still is a love of mine.  I love finding a frame that you don't see everywhere.  A frame that can frame up that piece of life and keep it in place.   Sometimes when I look at old photos I marvel at the time that has past.  So frame it set it out and reminisce...

"Love Is In The Air"

Is anyone thinking of Valentines day?  Well I am.  So for those of you who would like to do something different and fun this V-day.  Here is a little something for the crafter in you. You can put as much or as little as want on your personalized chocolate bar.  This one is a Giant size size candy bar. Take off outer wrapper and use for your template.  Find some decorative paper.  In this case I used scrap book paper with a Valentine theme.  You can find all kinds of embellishments just use your imagination.  Here is an example of one I did.  Hope you enjoy this!!! Remember its about having fun, so don't take yourself to serious. Haha!

Notice The New Look

I seem to have it down on how to change my background. Miracle! However still can't figure out how to change the color of some of the headlines.  I figure being able to see them might be a plus. Here's the question? HOW!! After spending more time on this I have come to the conclusion it's just going to have to be this way for now.  Wait until I try to upload or download (what ever the correct terminology is) some pictures.  This should be interesting.  Ok I'm thinking I maybe should have listened in computer class. Oh wait I don't think I took any.  Brilliant considering this is our world these days. Stay tuned for the whole reason I decided to do this blog.  To show some of what I do.

Ok, Ok. I'm trying not to OBSESS!

Really and truely this is just suppossed to be another avenue for my little business that I do at home.  I found thats it a bit time consuming for my little brain to figure out.  Also I'm really not a writer or a typist for that matter if thats even a word (typist).  All this technical stuff just to have a cute blog site.  It makes my brain ache! However I did finally figure out how to get the cute background. BUT now you cant see the words.  This is my new task today.  Can you hear my excitement?  Oh another problem I'm so used to texting and that smart phone keeping me smart with all my gramar this too is a challenge for me. I'm just getting started today so we shall see how this looks by days end. Although I do have orders to fill by tomorrow.
